Platform purpose
PHC Staff Hub™ is a healthcare workforce operations and accountability platform developed by Phillips Health Consulting LLC. It is designed to support healthcare organizations with workforce scheduling, attendance, assignments, operational workflows, documentation, communication, reporting, compliance tracking, and management oversight.
Organization responsibility
PHC Staff Hub™ does not replace an organization’s internal policies, professional judgment, legal obligations, clinical protocols, emergency procedures, or regulatory responsibilities. Healthcare organizations remain responsible for determining and implementing appropriate staffing levels, staff responsibilities, documentation requirements, care instructions, monitoring schedules, escalation procedures, and compliance practices applicable to their services.
Illustrative content
Any workflow, checklist, monitoring schedule, reporting template, staffing ratio, alert, or example shown within the PHC Staff Hub website or demonstration environment is provided for illustrative purposes unless specifically configured and approved by the participating organization.
No medical decisions
PHC Staff Hub™ does not independently diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, establish clinical monitoring requirements, or make medical decisions. Where individual care, support plans, sleep monitoring, vitals, medication-related workflows, behavioral support, or other care-related functionality is used, requirements should be based on the organization’s authorized care plan, support plan, clinical direction, applicable regulations, and internal policies.
Demonstration environment
The PHC Staff Hub demonstration environment is intended solely for product evaluation and educational demonstration. Demo names, organizations, employees, individuals, schedules, reports, incidents, attendance records, and operational information are fictitious and/or synthetic. Do not enter real patient, resident, participant, employee, or other sensitive information into the public demonstration environment. Do not enter protected health information (PHI), including patient names, diagnoses, medication details, dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, medical record information, or other individually identifiable health information into the public demo.
Security & HIPAA
PHC Staff Hub™ may include technical and administrative features designed to support security, privacy, access control, auditability, and HIPAA-aligned operational practices. The presence of such features does not by itself constitute a representation that an organization is automatically HIPAA compliant. HIPAA compliance depends on the organization’s configuration, policies, workforce practices, hosting environment, contracts, business associate agreements where applicable, risk analysis, security safeguards, and other legal and operational requirements. Organizations should conduct their own legal, regulatory, privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance review before using PHC Staff Hub™ with real protected health information.
Operational alerts
System notifications, staffing alerts, overdue-task alerts, monitoring reminders, coverage warnings, and other automated notices are intended to assist workforce operations. They should not be treated as the sole method of ensuring individual safety, staffing adequacy, regulatory compliance, emergency response, or clinical monitoring. Healthcare organizations remain responsible for maintaining appropriate supervisory and emergency procedures.
